This will be Rikki’s 20th summer on the peninsula; and during this time she has contributed in too many ways to count. Rikki is the face of our office and often the first one to interact with our families. She is the one responsible for recruiting all of our amazing campers. However, behind the scenes, Rikki also ensures that everything in Camp functions. She manages Camp’s finances while ensuring program needs are met. She oversees camper related logistics, whether coordinating trickly global transportation details or managing vendor relationships. Her hard work and savvy were instrumental in helping ensure Adirondack Camp emerged from the summer of 2020 in which we were unable to open.
Rikki has a short commute, residing in Ticonderoga with children, 14-year old Lucas and 9-year old Gabby (a proud Junior camper), and husband Don, who also works at Camp as a part of our stellar Maintenance Team
Since 2018, Rikki has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Ticonderoga Chamber of Commerce, where she helps further strengthen our community ties. In 2019, in acknowledgment of her outstanding contributions, Rikki was inducted into the Camp Administrator Hall of Fame.
Rikki brings a wealth of experience from her long-tenure at Adirondack Camp in serving to support multiple areas of the business. She continues to enhance her skills through various self-enrichment opportunities, including but not limited to Dale Carnegie and accounting courses, camp conferences and a certified Camp Safety Director class. In addition, she brings a huge heart, dedication and strong desire to positively impact our campers’ experience. She loves building relationships with our families over the years and especially enjoys interacting with our campers and staff.
