Chef Fernando takes great pride in our food service. Under his direction, the Kitchen Crew learns culinary skills plus has a great time together — laughter and music flow from the kitchen windows! Applicants must be hardworking, flexible, and willing to tackle every job, from chopping vegetables, grilling, serving meals to campers and staff, washing dishes and mopping floors. Kitchen staff are very much a part of the Camp community and have opportunities to participate in Camp life. Opportunities are available for both skilled sous chefs and willing kitchen workers.
